

Ann Atkinson - F.I.D.T.A (hons)
As well as establishing and running the AVA Dance Academy since 1989, Ann achieved her Fellowship status in Ballet with the IDTA in 2002, and is undoubtedly one of the most respected dance teachers in the North of England. Ann is also currently on the IDTA North East Area Committee.

Carole Cundale - A.I.D.T.A
Carole has been teaching dance since 1986, as well as being both a dancer and choreographer for theatre and cruises in her earlier dancing career. Carole has taught at Chatsworth studios since 2005. Prior to 2005, Carole taught Modern Jazz and Tap at the Yorkshire Dance Centre in Leeds.

Kristina James - Grad.(Mus) PG.Cert(Mus)
Having successfully graduated from Leeds College of Music, Kristina toured with Opus 1 Opera throughout the UK and Eire. Kristina now combines her professional singing career in Opera and Oratorio with teaching at 3 separate locations in Yorkshire. She has taught at Chatsworth Studios since 2004.

Ella Camponi – Pre Ass I.S.T.D
Ella started her training at the age of 3 at Sutton School of Performing Arts and the graduated from Laine Theatre Arts in 2007. As well as appearing in the West End in "Wicked", she has also appeared as a dancer on ITV and the Disney Channel.

Jo Starkings - A.I.D.T.A
Jo has been involved at Chatsworth Studios since 2001, initially as a student and then moving into the teaching staff in 2005. She also spent 2 years at Phil Winston’s Theatreworks from 2006 to 2008. Jo is responsible for the popular Freestyle classes at Chatsworth, and she loves choreographing energetic routines for her pupils! Jo coordinated our well received show 'Love to Dance' in February 2010.

Catherine Williams PGCE with QTS in Early Years
Catherine joins us at Chatsworth having relocated to Harrogate from Peterborough where she was an Early Years and Key Stage 1 school teacher. Catherine qualified as a teacher at York St. John in 2002. After attending various baby and toddler classes in Peterborough, with her own children, she now plans and leads our baby and toddler educational play classes incorporating the ‘best bits’ of her own experiences from sessions she attended as a mum and her professional experience as a teacher.
